ERROR DESCRIPTION
Student was reported as participating in an Early Childhood program, but the Student’s grade was not reported as PK or HP.
DETAILS
The student has an Early Childhood Program record in ADVISER. The grade level on the student enrollment record is not the appropriate grade level for an Early Childhood Program. The grade level for Early Childhood Program is “HP” (Prekindergarten (Part day program less than 6 hours per day)) or “PK” (Prekindergarten (Full day program 6 hours or more per day)).

FIX
If the student is participating in an Early Childhood Program, they should be in grade level HP or PK. Change the grade level in the SIS for the student enrollment record and then send into ADVISER.
If the student is not participating in an Early Childhood Program, remove the Early Childhood Program record in the SIS and then send into ADVISER.
