ERROR DESCRIPTION
Student had an Enrollment record with an Exit Code of 210 “Completer With Regular Diploma”, 211 “Completer with Alternative/Modified Diploma”, or 212 “Completer No Diploma” in a previous school year. Please remove the Enrollment record reported in the current year. If the Follow-Up Window is closed contact the NDE Service Desk.
DETAILS
In the previous school year, the student is being reported as a completer. The student can not have an enrollment record for the current school year.
Note: Exit Withdrawal Type definitions can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements guide for the appropriate school year in the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student was reported correctly in the previous school year, remove the enrollment record in the current year in your SIS and submit it to ADVISER.
If the student was reported incorrectly and the ADVISER Follow-Up Collection is open (the calendar can be accessed on the ADVISER Resource website) the district will update the student’s previous year enrollment record “Exit Withdrawal Type” to accurately reflect the student’s situation in the SIS and submit it to ADVISER.
If the student was reported incorrectly and the ADVISER Follow-Up Collection is closed, the district must complete a “Graduation Cohort Resolution Request (Optional)” in the Consolidated Data Collection (CDC) section of the NDE Portal. Through this request, the district can ask for the previous year’s enrollment record to be updated to the appropriate “Withdraw Type” for the student’s situation. Once the NDE Service Desk receives the request, the district will be notified when the review process begins and will receive updates on its progress. The review process may take several weeks to complete.
