ERROR DESCRIPTION
Foreign Exchange students should only have an Exit Withdraw Type of 217 “Transfer Out to Another State / Country” or 210 “Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma.”
DETAILS
The student is reported as a Foreign Exchange student in ADVISER and must have an enrollment Exit Withdrawal Type of “217” (Transfer Out to Another State/Country) or “210” (Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma).
FIX
If the student is a Foreign Exchange student and didn’t receive a diploma, update the enrollment Exit Withdrawal Type of “217” (Transfer Out to Another State/Country) in the SIS and submit it to ADVISER.
If the student is a Foreign Exchange student and receive a diploma, update the enrollment Exit Withdrawal Type of “210” (Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma) in the SIS and submit it to ADVISER.
If the student is not a Foreign Exchange student, remove the Foreign Exchange student indicator in your SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
