ERROR DESCRIPTION
A currently enrolled student with an Early Learning Setting Code of 01 through 05 is not associated with any course sections (these students are also listed in the Students No Courses verification report). Please add any missing Student Section Association records.
DETAILS
Students enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program with Early Learning Setting codes 01-05 must have a corresponding course section reported in ADVISER, including attendance data.
Note: The list of Early Childhood programs by District and Type for the relevant school year is available on the ADVISER Resource website under “Program Specific Information.”
The definitions of Early Learning Setting can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements for the appropriate school year on the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student is enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program with an Early Learning Setting code of 01-05, ensure a course section record is completed in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is enrolled in a Home-based Early Childhood Education program or Sixpence (06-08), update the Early Learning Setting code in the Early Childhood program record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is not participating in any Early Childhood program, remove the Early Childhood program record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
