ERROR DESCRIPTION
If student is designated as English Learner Eligible then Dominant Language should not be set to English.
DETAILS
An English Learner is a student between the ages of 3-21 who was either not born in the United States or whose native language is not English. This student is preparing to enroll or is already enrolled in an elementary or secondary program and may experience difficulties in speaking, reading, writing, or understanding English that could limit their ability to participate fully in the classroom or society. An English Learner must have a Language Code other than “1290” (English).

FIX
If the student is eligible as an English Learner, update the Language Code to the appropriate code in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is not an English Learner, remove the English Learners program record from the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
