ERROR DESCRIPTION
A student who has a completed ELPA summative assessment score at your district does not have an active English Learner program record. Please verify the student’s English Learner status and correct their English Learner Program record if appropriate.
DETAILS
Students with a completed ELPA Summative Assessment score are expected to have an active English Learner Program record reported by the district.
This validation checks for consistency between assessment reporting and program participation. A student who participates in the ELPA summative assessment is generally expected to be identified as an English Learner during the reporting period.

FIX
If the student should be identified as an English Learner, add or correct the student’s English Learner Program record in your Student Information System with the appropriate dates and submit to ADVISER.
If the student was reported to the ELPA assessment in error, review the assessment submission and correct the assessment data as needed.
