ERROR DESCRIPTION
If student is 6 or older prior to January 1st of the current school year, they cannot be in PK. Change birth date or grade level. If 6 year-old or older is being served in PK school, please contact the NDE Early Childhood office at 531-207-8917.
DETAILS
The student’s age is not appropriate for the preschool (PK) grade level. A student who is six years old or older must be enrolled in a grade level from Kindergarten (K) through 12th grade.
FIX
If the date of birth is incorrect, update it in the ADVISER Person ID for the student. ADVISER and ADVISER Person ID sync nightly, and the update will be reflected in ADVISER the following day.
If the grade level is incorrect, update it in the SIS and submit the changes to ADVISER.
