ERROR DESCRIPTION
Student program record has an end date that is not within the current school year.
DETAILS
A student program record has been reported with an End Date that does not fall within the current school year. Program records reported in ADVISER should only include dates that occur during the active school year for the collection being submitted. The school year runs from July 1 through June 30.
FIX
If the End Date was entered incorrectly, update the program record with the appropriate End Date in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the program is still active for the current school year, remove the End Date from the record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
