No excused or unexcused absences have been reported for a student that is included in the district’s Average Daily Attendance and Chronic Absenteeism calculations. If the student was intended to be reported with a 100% attendance rate then no action needs to be taken.
Note: this data check only runs after May 1st.

Students who are included in the Average Daily Attendance and Chronic Absenteeism calculations typically have a or some absences on file. As such, this warning is alerting the district to the fact there are no absences reported for this particular student.
FIX
The district should go to their SIS and ensure the student’s absences have been entered and then send the data to ADVISER or, because it is possible for a student to have perfect attendance, they can ignore the error and / or archive it for the perfect attendance student.
