ERROR DESCRIPTION
A student has a School Enrollment record within your district, but the student’s Demographics record has not been reported for your district.
DETAILS
Demographic data for every student reported into ADVISER Validation is required. This error is saying your district sent Enrollment information on a student, but that student doesn’t have any Demographic data. Demographic data can include anything from Address to a Foreign Exchange Student indicator. Though not every type of Demographic data is Required for State Reporting, many are. For a full list of Demographic elements, including their State Reporting Requirement status, please view the most up to date ADVISER Data Elements guidance.
FIX
To fix the error, your SIS will need to send Demographic information into ADVISER for the student listed in error. Or, the enrollment record can be removed entirely for the student in question.
