538 – No Completers for School With 12th Grade Students

Article Contents

ERROR DESCRIPTION

A school that has 12th grade students has not reported any records with the “Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma” Exit Withdraw Type.

DETAILS

The school is currently reported as serving 12th grade students; however, no students are being reported with an Exit Withdraw Type of “210” (Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma) at this time.

Note: The Exit Withdraw Type details can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements guide for the appropriate school year in the ADVISER Resource website.

FIX

If the school is awarding a diploma to the student, update the Exit Withdraw Type to “210” (Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma) Exit Withdraw Type in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.

If the school is not awarding the diploma to the student, update the Exit Withdraw Type in the student’s enrollment record to reflect the appropriate code for the student’s situation in the SIS, and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
