ERROR DESCRIPTION
An End Date has been provided for the Special Education program record with no Reason Exited. A Reason Exited needs to be provided or the End Date removed.
DETAILS
The Special Education record has an End Date and no Reason Exited for the student. If the student is exiting Special Education services a reason for the exit has to be defined.
Note: Definitions for Reason Exited and End Date (Special Education Exit Date) for Special Education program can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements guide for the appropriate school year in the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student is exited from Special Education, place the Reason Exited in the Special Education record in the SIS or SRS and then send into ADVISER.
If the student is not exited from Special Education, remove the End Date in the Special Education record in the SIS or SRS and then send into ADVISER.
