ERROR DESCRIPTION
A School Enrollment record was reported with an Entry Date that is later than the Exit Withdraw Date.
DETAILS
When a student leaves the district, an Entry Date prior to the Exit Withdraw Date must be entered on the enrollment record. This error indicates the Exit Withdraw Date is prior to the Entry Date.
Note: The definitions of “Entry Date” and “Exit Withdraw Date” can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements for the appropriate school year on the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student is leaving the district, update the Exit Withdraw Date on the student’s enrollment record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is NOT leaving the district, remove the Exit Withdraw Date from the student enrollment record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
