ERROR DESCRIPTION
There is an exit date for a student but no exit code.
DETAILS
If a student has exited the district, both exit type and exit date are required. In this case, the exit code (type) is missing, though an exit date has been reported.
FIX
If the student is truly exiting from the district, an exit code (type) is needed. There are many exit types, a few examples being: Transfer Out to a Nebraska Public district or End of Year. (More information can be found in ADVISER’s Data Elements guidance document.) Once the update is made in the district SIS, the information should be sent into ADVISER.
If the student should not have been exited, the date should be removed from ADVISER. Again, this update is made in your SIS so the exit date is withdrawn from ADVISER.
