ERROR DESCRIPTION
The grade level reported for a student’s school enrollment with the most recent date is outside the grade range for their enrolled school. Please make the correction in your SIS to either the student’s grade level or school building in which the student is enrolled and resubmit the data to ADVISER.
DETAILS
Each school system is assigned a unique NDE district number, along with specific numbers to identify individual school buildings. Each school building is designated for specific grade levels. The student’s reported grade level must align with the grade levels assigned to the building.
Note: The current District/School Codes can be found on the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student’s assigned school building is correct, update the Grade Level in the SIS to match the building’s designated grade levels and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student’s Grade Level is correct, update the Reporting School in the SIS to align with the designated grade levels for the building and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
