ERROR DESCRIPTION
K-12 Student enrolled in multiple districts during the school year has over 100% FTE reported across all School Enrollment records at year end. Please verify FTE and enrollment records for the student.
DETAILS
A K-12 student enrolled in multiple districts during the current school year has been reported with a total Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) exceeding 100% across all school enrollment records. A student’s total FTE within all districts must not exceed 100%.
The Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) represents the ratio between the time a student is assigned to a school for instruction or services and the hours that make up a full educational program.

FIX
Review all school enrollment records for the student in both your district and any other districts where the student was enrolled by using the Enrollment Lookup by ID in ADVISER.
If overlapping enrollment records exist, correct or end the appropriate enrollment record in the appropriate district’s SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If an enrollment record was reported incorrectly, update the FTE and/or enrollment information in the appropriate district’s SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
