ERROR DESCRIPTION
Student has over 100% FTE reported across all School Enrollment records in your district. Please verify FTE and enrollment records for the student.
DETAILS
A student has been reported with a combined Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) greater than 100% across all School Enrollment records within the district. A student’s total FTE within a district should not exceed 100%.
The Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) represents the ratio between the time a student is assigned to a school for instruction or services and the hours that make up a full educational program.

FIX
If an enrollment record was reported incorrectly, update the FTE and/or enrollment information in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If duplicate enrollment records exist, remove one of the enrollment records from the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER
If overlapping enrollment records exist, correct or end the appropriate enrollment record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER
