ERROR DESCRIPTION
Student has a program record but does not have a school enrollment record. Please correct or delete this data through your SIS.
DETAILS
A student has a program record reported in ADVISER but does not have a corresponding school enrollment record. Program records must be linked to a school enrollment record in order to be reported.
Note: Student enrollment information can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements guide for the appropriate school year in the ADVISER Resources website.
FIX
If the student is currently enrolled, add the school enrollment record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the program record was reported in error, remove the program record from the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the program record is populated in ADVISER due to a retired duplicate ID situation, please contact the NDE Service Desk, NDE.ServiceDesk@Nebraska.gov, for assistance.
