ERROR DESCRIPTION
A Special Education program was reported for a student that has no disability code attached to it. Please correct this in your SPED data system.
DETAILS
A Special Education Program record has been reported for a student that does not include a primary Disability code. All students receiving Special Education services must have a valid primary Disability reported.
Note: The Special Education Disability codes can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements guide for the appropriate school year in the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student is not receiving Special Education services, remove the Special Education Program record from the SIS or SRS and submit to ADVISER.
If the student is receiving Special Education services, update the Special Education record with the appropriate primary Disability code in the SIS or SRS and submit to ADVISER.
