ERROR DESCRIPTION
If a student is age 15 or younger exit withdraw code cannot be code 209, please review exit codes within the enrollment record.
DETAILS
A guardian of a student who is at least sixteen years of age but less than eighteen years of age may withdraw the student from school before graduation and be exempt from the mandatory attendance requirements of section 79-201 if an exit interview is conducted and the Nebraska Withdrawal From Attendance form is signed. The Exit Withdraw Type of “209” (Withdrawal from Mandatory Attendance) is for students who meet these requirements.

FIX
If the student is 15 years old or younger, update the Exit Withdraw Type in the enrollment record in the SIS to a more appropriate code for the student’s situation and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is between the ages of 16-18 and has met the requirements for withdrawal from mandatory attendance, verify that the date of birth is correct in ADVISER Person ID. If the date of birth is incorrect, update it in ADVISER Person ID. ADVISER and ADVISER Person ID sync nightly, and the update will be reflected in ADVISER the following day.
