DETAILS
Students in grades 9–12 may only be reported with an Exit Withdraw Type of “210” (Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma) by one school district. The district that awards the diploma is responsible for reporting this Exit Withdraw Type.

FIX
If your school is awarding the diploma to the student, review the student’s record using the ADVISER Enrollment Lookup by ID to identify any districts reporting the “210” (Completer: Graduated with a Regular or Advanced Diploma) Exit Withdraw Type. If another district is also reporting this code, contact them to discuss and resolve the ADVISER error.
If your school is not awarding the diploma to the student, update the Exit Withdraw Type in the student’s enrollment record to reflect the appropriate code for the student’s situation in the SIS, and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is not receiving a diploma, update the Exit Withdraw Type in the student’s enrollment record to accurately reflect their situation in the SIS, and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
