ERROR DESCRIPTION
A Contracted In student is reported with a grade level that is outside of the grade range of their resident school, or no school of residence has been reported for them. To correct, please update either the Grade Level or School of Residence in the School Enrollment record.
DETAILS
The district receiving a contracted student must report the student’s resident school district. Additionally, the student must be enrolled in a grade level that is reported by their resident district.
Note: The “Who Reports What” guide on the ADVISER Resource website provides further guidance on various student situations being reported as contracted.
FIX
If the student is being contracted into the district, update the grade level and/or School of Residence in the SIS, and submit the information to ADVISER.
If the student is not being contracted into the district, update the Residency Status in the SIS, and submit the information to ADVISER.
