ERROR DESCRIPTION
A School Enrollment record was reported for a student that has an Exit Withdraw Type Code reported but no Exit Withdraw Date.
DETAILS
When a student leaves the district, an Exit Withdraw Type and Exit Withdraw Date must be entered on the enrollment record. The error indicates that the Exit Withdrawal Date is missing from the enrollment record.
Note: The definitions of “Exit Withdraw Type” and “Exit Withdraw Date” can be found in the ADVISER Data Elements for the appropriate school year on the ADVISER Resource website.
FIX
If the student is leaving the district, enter an Exit Withdraw Date in the student enrollment record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
If the student is NOT leaving the district, remove the Exit Withdraw Type from the student enrollment record in the SIS and submit the updated information to ADVISER.
